All orders are processed as quickly as possible. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays. Processing times may vary depending on order volume.

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. All orders are shipped free of charge, with no minimum order value.

Estimated delivery time for domestic U.S. orders is 7–14 business days. Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

Are delivery times guaranteed?
No. All delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, including carrier delays or customs processing.

Will I receive tracking information?
Yes. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to track your package.


Shipping Restrictions

Are there locations you do not ship to?
At this time, we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico.

Are there any item-specific shipping restrictions?

Customs, Duties & Taxes

Will I have to pay customs or import fees?
Prep & Order is not responsible for customs duties, taxes, or tariffs applied to international orders. Any such fees are the responsibility of the customer.

What happens if I don’t pay customs fees?
If a package is returned due to unpaid customs or import charges, we will refund the product cost only. Shipping charges will not be refunded.


Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Packages

What if my package arrives damaged?
If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. Prep & Order is not liable for damage that occurs during transit.

What if my package is lost or significantly delayed?
If your shipment is delayed beyond the estimated timeframe or appears to be missing, please contact us at prepandorder@gmail.com. We’ll assist where possible.
